The Global School offers Montessori elementary education for children in grades Kindergarten to Grade 7. We are accepting registrations for the 2007-08 school year. The Global School operates in collaboration with Langley Montessori Children's Centre Ltd. who have been serving the community of Langley for more than 18 years.
- Through a carefully developed curriculum and a well-trained, experienced, loving faculty, we address each child’s unique developmental needs (intellectual, social, moral, and artistic).
- We give children a global understanding of education.
- Our program incorporates Montessori learning methods and materials along with a focus on excellence in education and the fine arts.
- Students are involved in academics, dance and a full range of fine arts and music experiences.
- We incorporate physical activity into many aspects of our program.
- We offer a hot lunch program and after school care each day until 5:30 p.m.
- We actively celebrate the diversity of the whole student body, including all ethnic backgrounds, religions, and international backgrounds. The curriculum is international in its heritage and focus, and consciously seeks to promote a global perspective.
